Giclée Fine Art Reproductions

Reproducing a piece fine of art is no display of magic. Being able to do it, and do it well takes a certain level of dedication to the craft and the customer to get it right. At Great Basin Color we work with you to get the image just as you want it. Some want a spot-on true to life replica, some want to "correct" mistakes and some want to enhance things a bit. What ever your desire in your Giclée, our commitment is to you, your artistic vision and the craft that makes this possible.

The Giclée reproduction process can be broken down to 3 basic components.

1. Capturing the image and getting it into digital format.
2. Adjusting the image so that the print matches the original.
3. Printing the full size image.

The Set-up package covers the first two items and basically gets the image ready to print.

What's included:

• 4x5 transparency-positive capture(you keep).
• TANGO 16-bit drum scan to output size.
• Adjustments and proofing on desired media.
• CD/DVD containing; original scan, adjustment PSD file and flattened TIFF print file.
